I've built a track record of designing and developing commercial eLearning products that average 40+ downloads a month and hold a 4.8/5 customer rating, while delivering end-to-end instructional design projects for 18+ organizations. I use needs analysis and adult learning theory to determine whether a course, a job aid, or live/virtual training is the right tool.

Beyond my client work, I founded an early language development coaching practice where I translate research into practical strategies parents can use in everyday life to help their under-three-year-old gain more vocabulary. I've facilitated virtual and in-person workshops across Charlotte Metro and partnered with local organizations and community events to bring those strategies directly to families.
